Spend three days challenging yourself! Days 1 and 2 will be spent at the Circle of Courage—a
high and low ropes course owned by GSDH. Day 3 you’ll paddle a canoe down the Missouri River.
You’ll cook all your own food outdoors and sleep in a tent under the stars! Girls will earn the High Adventure Interest Project Patch.

Combining technology, aerospace sciences, computer science, and management, girls will have hands-on experience with flight simulators and airplanes, weather satellites and systems, computer programming and more.  Participate in job shadowing and real-life career and college opportunities as well!

Investigate the world of science and math. Girls will discover and solve mysteries using microscopes, geocaching, Fibonacci numbers, forensics and much more! Can you solve it? Note: Bring a sack lunch. Snacks will be provided

Get ready to bring out your adventurous side. We will be creating cool art projects, taking an overnight backpacking trip and visiting an artist.

Girls be sure to rest up before this camp because you will be busy into the wee hours of the night discovering the outdoors and the unique things about it then sleeping away the morning. We will be doing glow in the dark orienteering and treasure hunting, hiking, and don’t forget the ever popular sardines. You will complete part of the requirements for the Finding Your Way, Your Outdoor Surroundings, Outdoor Cook, First Aid, and Outdoor Fun badges. Learn the skills of Leave No Trace camping.

Girls will work together to plan and run the camp, without adults telling them what to do or how to do it. Girls will elect their own Camp Council and form 4 districts that will compete for their responsibilities.  Girls will earn the Communication, Lead On, and Model Citizen badges.

This day camp will provide the opportunity for discovery and exploration in and around wetlands—while learning about North Dakota wildlife habitat. Girls will do a wetland scavenger hunt, build a tree swallow nest box and do on a nature hike.

What’s cooking in the park? It’s the Girl Scouts, baking solar cookies! We will learn camping skills and what to do in an outdoor emergency. Brownies will earn the Ready, Set, Go Camping Tryit.  Juniors will earn the Camping Together badge.

Hop on the bus with us to Long Lake National Wildlife Refuge.  Explore the importance of habitats for wildlife. Become an outdoor chef. Brownies will earn the Make It, Eat It Try-It. Juniors will earn the Outdoor Cook badge. Thank you to the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation for the grant partially funding this camp!

Looking for that next fun filled journey? Then try this sleep-away camping experience. Activities include swimming, cookouts, hiking, arts and crafts, and more.  Campers will be housed in contemporary buildings equipped with bathroom facilities.

This camp is for girls who like to be outside all the time! We will do nature crafts, hikes and other activities. We will learn about pollution, global warming and ways to save the Earth! Brownies will earn the Eco-Explorer and Watching Wildlife Try-its. Juniors will earn Earth Connections and Plants and Animals badges.

This week we will be using our creative and scientific abilities to explore nature and develop our camping skills. Don’t miss out on the swimming, canoeing, crafts, games and fun!

Bring our your inner chef! We will be making our own snacks, cooking over a campfire, and learning how to make delicious food that’s good for you too! Brownies will earn the Eat Right, Stay Healthy and Make It, Eat It Try-its and Juniors will earn Food Power and Let’s Get Cooking badges.

Have Outrageous fun in the sun while you make new friends, work on Girl Scout try-its, explore nature, sing songs and much more. This two day camp is great for both new and experienced campers!

A day of camping fun just for Daisy Girl Scouts! We'll try a little bit of everything: crafts, games, songs, nature activities, outdoor cooking, community service. Girls will take a nature hike, plant flowers, make nesting material for birds and squirrels, and cook their own snack over a campfire! It will be a great day to spend time with old friends and make some new ones! Girls who will be Daisies or who have just finished Daisies are both welcome to attend.

Calling all animal lovers! Come join us for a fun day at the zoo!  All girls will earn a fun patch.  All Age Levels.

Join the fun of the old days with Laura and her family. Visit the old school house, sod hut and surveyor’s house. Take a wagon ride and make some fun old-time crafts. Dinner will be provided by the Women of DeSmet in the park. We will end the evening with a special pageant performance! Note: You will need to bring a sack lunch.

Bring the whole family to this popular event! Enjoy s’mores after the game, watch a movie on the stadium screen, and campout on the outfield! Event Fee includes:  general admission ticket, hot dog & coke, autograph session with the Canaries players after the game! Note: Stakeless tents only!
